Are California and Washington Flattening the Coronavirus Curve? | TODAY

  1. Woo! Wonderful news!
Great job to the responders, doctors and nurses! We are all praying and rooting for you!

  2. Staying at home! Being smart! Doing our homework! We learn faster than most of America. We had our celebrity politician long ago with Arnold. It didn’t really work that well but the rest of America was slow on the pick up! That is why we are were we are now with our clown president!

  3. Stay off Metro buses at all costs if you can. I contracted Wuhan virus from the route 131 where Chinese people ride hacking and spitting on that bus. Two people could not respect the social distancing and placed their hands on my person. Zero respect. I have COPD and at my age this virus is a death sentence. Protect yourselves from these people at all costs and wear PPE. I will save your life and your families.

  4. Here in San Francisco, the first city to put the stay-at-home orders in place, our city of 884,000 only has 568 cases and 8 deaths. We are doing quite well in comparison to most.

  5. flatten the curve means prolonging the effects, it has nothing to do with saving lives, in fact it is worse, it is only in favor of the insurance companies because it reduces the number of claims they need to process, but with a flatter curve it means longer time to finding a cure, just have one big peak at the start so a faster cure can be found with a large variance of patients to test…that means less long-term economic effects. You know a flatter curve means insurance companies can then recover from claims handling…LOL

  6. California has big population of Hispanic community including agricultural ppl , construction ppl , health care worker, restaurant worker, fast food worker, grocery worker and any job …. and their hard work during this time is commendable beside other communities.

  7. Why are we using the Calculus and probabilities graft for business during this pandemic? Models, grafts and charts to make business decisions.

  8. I’m not surprised that Washington is doing well. Everybody here is good at staying at home since we’re a bunch of introverts lmao.

  9. 38 States should open up sooner and the 12 like New York, LA, New Jersey, PA, CT, Michigan, IL, IN etc….keep closed. Makes sense and watch state to state transmission especially on close states where metro area’s are close.

  10. Collectively (as a country) it will be a rocky plateau due to the statewide patchwork effort — longer isolation with more deaths than necessary.

  11. We know there is a prophylactic treatment for COVID (hydroxycloroquine) but the wealthy liberal oligarchs (Bill Gates and others) controlling the drug/ vaccine/medical industry and their controlled MSM don’t want you to know about it. Instead, they want you to suffer until they have a dangerous vaccine and expensive antivirals to force on everyone…

  12. The sad fact is that this Virus is not gonna go away anytime soon or maybe years until they developed a vaccine. Most Americans seemed to think that once the Lockdown is over then the crisis is over. But the truth and reality is that once the lockdown is over then reinfection starts over again as we seen in countries like Singapore Korea and China. It only takes one person to infect the whole community and all that effort would be fruitless.

  13. treatment for corona virus. There are 2 most effective remedies: Method 1: Cut 5 or 10 slices of ginger into a glass of hot water of 330 ml about 80 degrees C, remember to cover the mouth of the glass so that the ginger does not escape, you soak the ginger with hot water for about 15 minutes, after He drank the whole glass of water. Remember to drink every day, but don’t drink at night. Method 2: Use clean, cut onion and eat raw, remember to eat fresh. Not cooked. Eat every day. It will cure the corona virus. If you see how I instructed you to treat corona virus, then please help me by sending $ dorlar to me via vietcombank vietnam bank account. Account name:BAN NAM NHI account number: 0411001060974

  14. Im from fresno ca.this is good news to hear regarding the covid 19 pandemic it also means that our government is handling this as it should be handled in this time of hardship.to me it makes perfect since..if u dont want to get sick stay away from sick people, keep your distance and most importantly protect yourself as always with mask, sanitizers, commonsince and knowledge.government newsome is awsome!!.i pray the whole world will take this suriously and start doing what the people of cali,s.korea, taiwan and washington are doing

  15. i gotta give it up to the leaders of CA’s government. They really acted fast and took this seriously at least with regard to quarantining. REALLY different from the rhetoric you hear coming from the white house.

  16. The curve will never flatten. We are on an exponential rise that will never stop. We will be on lockdown for the next 3 years.

  17. Of course NY wouldn’t fix anything and look we’re we are at you should take a look at the other states NY

  18. Now if we can keep the people from the Republican states who have not taken this serious the f out of our states that would be great.
