  1. MLB please stop the mic’d up or at least do not bring it to regular season. I feel this is taking away from the game. Let the players play, let the commentators comment. Its like people talking during a movie. I just want to watch the game without all the forced stupid questions and jokes. The commentators are trying too hard to make this work. I cringe during the game and watch it with mute on. Nothing against Freddie Freeman. But baseball is fine, I still like it as much as I did when I was a kid.

  2. Only time I saw Freddie in person he drilled a game winning single with a man on 2nd after we just tied it up against the Mets. He always stands up straight in the important moments. You hear that effort on the swing and miss? How baseball should be played.

  3. I dunno. Putting microphones in batters ears and talking to them in real time isn’t such a hot idea. MLB just went through this

  4. If the players don’t mind… Can we please do this all season? You guys need to make your players relatable and fun. This is a good start. Then maybe casual fans wouldn’t be so clueless about how great Mike Trout and guys like him are. Need more accessibility with the players. Make it fun, like it used to be.

You don’t even need the commentators talking with them every game, since it would get a little distracting; but having hot mics is how you show these guys off to the country and bring positive exposure to baseball.

  6. They left out the best part. When he was taking his lead off of first, he referred to himself as a gazelle. 🤣🤣

  7. Freddie: There’s wind there’s wind there’s wind guys there’s wind.
    Wind: shut up!!!
    Freddie: there’s wind!!!
