Ginnifer Goodwin Is Crossing Over into The Twilight Zone

The first The Twilight Zone took audiences to a different dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. It was a journey into a wondrous land of imagination for five years on CBS. Sci-fi series’ godfather, the series rsquo & humanity;s despairs, hopes, prides and prejudices in ways drama couldn’t. In 1983 Steven Spielberg made a major budget anthology film version, Twilight Zone: The Movie, directed by Spielberg, John Landis, Joe Dante, and George Miller.  The series ran for three seasons, helmed by the likes of Wes Craven, Atom Egoyan, and William Friedkin and was revived by CBS in the 1980s. It hosted for a single season by Forest Whitaker in 2002 and was revived on UPN.

The newest Twilight Zone series will be made by CBS Television Studios in association with Jordan Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions and Simon Kinberg’s Genre Films. Peele, Kinberg, and collaborate on the episode and Marco Ramirez will serve as executive producers for the show. Audrey Chon and win Rosenfeld will serve as executive producers.
Ginnifer Goodwin (Big Love, Once Upon a Time) has joined Jordan Peele’s The Twilight Zone for CBS All Access. Goodwin will appear in the episode titled “Point of Origin” alongside Zabryna Guevara and James Frain.
Actors place to look in the various episodes of the new series include John Cho, Sanaa Lathan, Kumail Nanjiani, Adam Scott, Allison Tolman, Greg Kinnear, DeWanda Wise, Jessica Williams, Taissa Farmiga, Rhea Seehorn, Ike Barinholtz, Steven Yeun, and Jacob Tremblay.
The Twilight Zone will premiere on CBS All Access on April 1, 2019.
